Introduction:
Sertoli cells are present in the human male reproductive system. These are are present in the seminiferous tubules of the testis. Sperms are also produced in the seminiferous tubules. Sertoli cells are supportive cells surrounded by the developing spermatocytes in the seminiferous tubules.
