Chapter 49, Problem 12TYK
Summary Introduction
To review:
There are times when the male fertility is reduced because of testicular varicoceles, related to varicose veins in the testis in which blood pools. On the basis of conditions required for sperm development, explain the relation of this disorder with the impairment of sperm development.
Introduction:
The vein swells due to the backflow of blood and enlarges from the accumulation of blood, which is collected there that leads to the formation of varicose vein. The varicose veins are common and they affect more women than men. The varicocele occurs in the testis, known as testicular varicoceles.
