Introduction: Flow cytometry is the technique that is utilized for the identification of specific lymphocyte’s subtypes. The shape, size, and content of the nucleic acid in cells can also be measured by this technique. It is useful in the assessment of antimicrobial susceptibility as well as drug toxicity in an efficient manner.
