The m-RNA complement for the given sequence 5'-ACCGTTAAT-3' has to be given and the 5' end and 3' end in the m-RNA sequence has to be labelled.

Concept Introduction:

The mRNA can be synthesized from the DNA by transcription process.  The mRNA strand is synthesized from 3' end.  The mRNA strand starts from the 5' end of the DNA.  In DNA, the base Adenine (A) is paired with Thymine (T) whereas in mRNA, Adenine (A) is paired with Uracil (U) and Guanine (G) with Cytosine (C).
