Expert Solution & Answer
Check Mark
To determine

The sources of all sounds.

Answer to Problem 1A

The source of sound is all materials such as solid , liquid & gas.

Explanation of Solution

Introduction: Sound is a vibration that increases or propagates as an acoustic wave, through a transmission medium .The medium may be solid, liquid & gas.

The sound is a form of energy that spreads through out space. It will originate from the vibration in the materials object. The sound can be carried through the air , water & solid particles.

The sources of sound may be of two types natural & man- made sources .

Conclusion: The sound is form of energy and can be produced through any medium solid , liquid or air.
