To describe: The feature of sequence recognized by type II restriction enzymes.

Introduction:

Restriction enzymes are the proteins or enzymes which recognize the specific, short nucleotide sequence and cut the DNA only at specific site, also called restriction site, restriction enzymes are of four types, I, II, III, IV, restriction enzyme are also known by the name of restriction endonucleases, they are obtain from bacteria and archaean.

Type II restriction enzyme is type of enzyme which cleave the DNA at the specific site, also called restriction site.
