Introduction:

The opportunistic infection can be defined as the infection which is caused by pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, fungi or protozoa. These pathogens take an advantage of weakened immune system, altered micro biome and breached barriers. Normally, these pathogens do not cause disease in normal people.
