Translation is the process thatincludes the linking of amino acids according to the order specified by messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA), so that polypeptide chain canbe formed. The amino acids are encoded through mRNA codons, also called genetic codes, which are unique identification codes represented by three nucleotides (either of Guanine (G), Cytosine (C), Adenine (A), orUracil(U)) sequence. Genetic codes have some of their specific properties such as degeneracy, universally present, and specificity for the amino acid.
