Introduction:

The DNA acts as the carrier of genetic information between the two successive generations. The DNA is comprised of monomeric unit, shich are called nucleotides. The in vivo synthesis of DNA molecules requires DNA polymerase, single-stranded binding proteins, DNA ligase, topoisomerase, and deoxyribonucleotides.
