Introduction:

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) replication is a complex process that involves a number of enzymes and proteins, which act together to form copies of the parent DNA strands. During replication, enzymes like DNA polymerase, primase, DNA ligase, exonuclease, helicase, topoisomerase, and many more help in various complex stages of replication. Here, some of the features of enzymes including their roles are discussed.
