Introduction:
The instrument used to check the expression of multiple genes simultaneously (In vitro) is microarray. DNAmicroarrays are nothing but the microscope slides that are printed with number of small spots in distinct locations, with each spot having a recognized sequence gene (Probes). Now-a-days, microarray is used for clinical diagnosis of many diseases. Expression array and tilling array are the subtypes of microarray.
