Concept introduction:
A fatty acid is an individually the main constituents of a triglyceride, which is a type of lipid that is utilized by the body to store energy. A lipid is simply a kind of molecule which incorporates, amid other things, fatty acids. Triglycerides are a secondary energy source that the body can employ in the incident that there is not sufficient sugar inside the system. As fatty acids differ in conditions of chemical characteristics, they all contain some common basic qualities.
