Chapter 17, Problem 24RQ
Summary Introduction
To review:
The impact of the 1953 published Watson–Crick paper on the genetic research.
Introduction:
Watson and Crick, in 1953, discovered a double-stranded and helical model of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) and shared the Nobel prize for the same in 1962. Their discovery of the DNA model opened gateways for acquiring immense information about the genetic behavior.

for this question please help find
pairwise differences and segregating sites
For letter A, pls ILLUSTRATE (create an illustration or drawing) the DILUTION SERIES of the problem just like the sample on the 2nd image.
Please read the instructions carefully as I have already posted this twice and the experts just copy-pasted the answers from my first post. I don't want to waste another post question for this one. Again, I NEED AN ILLUSTRATION and not just the computation/explanation through words so I can properly visualize the problem.

As a microbiology technician, your job is to characterize a novel bacterial strain isolated from insects. Phenotypically, you have discovered that the new bacterial strain can grow in the presence or absence of oxygen. After genome sequencing and biochemical characterization, you know that your new organism is capable of making all of the enzymes necessary for glycolysis and the TCA cycle, and that it has an electron transport chain. Answer the following questions based on the growth of your organism on minimal media plates containing only acetate as a carbon and energy source. Acetate is transported across the membrane at the cost of 3 ATP per molecule. Each question should be answered based on the metabolism of one molecule of acetate.
