A fungi like bacteria is called Actinomycetes. This is because, it looks like fungi and decay similar material as fungi. Actinomycetes are filamentous, aerobic, Gram-positive bacteria, commonly found in soils. The most significant genus of this group is Streptomyces.

The Bacillus species are rod-shaped, spore-forming, Gram-positive, aerobic or facultative aerobic bacteria. They widely present in soil, water, and extreme environments such as hot, cold, and even acidic environment.
