Chapter 14.7, Problem 2MQ
Summary Introduction
Thermomicrobium is a genus of Chloroflexi that are non-phototrophic, obligate aerobic, Gram-negative rods. The growth of these bacteria is well established in a complex medium at a temperature of 75°C. The Thermomicrobia belongs to the group of green non-sulfur bacteria. These thermophilic bacteria are generally seen in the environment that are detached from human activity.
