The way by which non-coding sequences in the human genome make it difficult to interpret DNA code.
Introduction:
DNA is deoxyribonucleic acid. It acts as genetic material in almost all living beings. It can be circular in nature and linear in nature. DNA is double stranded in nature and carries genetic information from one generation to another.

Explanation of Solution
A human genome is made up of long DNA strand. A DNA strand contains two regions, coding region (exon) and non-coding regions (introns). Non-coding region does not contain information for coding proteins, and hence is also termed as junk. It is believed that around 98% of total human genome is non-coding in nature and only 2% is the actual coding region that codes for proteins in body. Due to this reason non-coding regions make it difficult for scientists to interpret human genome.
