The largest and the most complex organ of the body is the brain that is classified into three main parts, namely forebrain, midbrain, and hindbrain. The forebrain includes the cerebrum, hypothalamus, pineal gland, and the limbic system whereas the hindbrain is represented by the medulla oblongata, pons, and the cerebellum.
