To determine:
The example of the eccentric muscle contraction.
Introduction:
The tension produced by muscle contraction greater than the opposing force (load) results in movement and contraction known as isotonic contraction. When the opposing force is greater than the tension of muscle, no cross-bridge formation occurs and the length of muscle remains the same.
