Explanation of Solution
Theoretical Yield: When a reaction is carried out, the amount of product formed ideally is the theoretical yield and no reactant was left over after completion of reaction. It is independent on the reaction condition.
Actual Yield: When a reaction is carried out experimentally, the amount of product formed is actual yield. It is true yield obtained. It is formed according to limiting reactant and the reactant which is present in excess remains after completion of the reaction. Reaction condition may increase or decrease actual yield.
