Project Schedule:

• It denotes a plan that identifies activities of project that need to be completed.
• It includes expected start as well as end dates.
• It includes the resources that are assigned for each task.
• It is requisite to finish a project by a defined deadline.
• It avoids rework and ensures that people knows what and when to perform.
