This graph provides a clear comparison of stress levels across different age groups. third question , "Which leadership level strongly agrees with the fact that they love what they do?": 1. fourth question , "Which gender with a tenure of 5+ years had the lowest number of responses for the burnout level 'I feel great! Recommendations: Based on the analysis, the following two areas can be recommended for the company to focus on to reduce employee burnout: 1.
