Due to me being deployed I did not work with the team very well, actually I had very little involvement. That is my fault and no one else. So I believe that my absence in the team project did not work so well as it made everyone have to wait on my slides the last minute and for that I apologize. What did you learn about working in a virtual team project that may help you in your professional career? Working in a virtual team can be tough but it can also be easy if there is enough communication amongst everyone. I had very little communication with my team except for a few emails I had sent to a fellow classmate Rachel Brooks. What are some of the things that you would have done differently, if asked for your input? I wouldn’t have done anything differently. The team did an amazing job! Did your team members display behaviors that were valuable or detrimental to the team’s success? Yes I believe so.
