This document is Workplace Feedback It is part of the supporting assessment resources for Assessment Task 2 (option 1) of SITXHRM001 Workplace Feedback 2: Work output has shown moderate improvement. There are still some glitches here and there but it appears that they are aware of when they make a mistake (or are close to making a mistake) and they take initiative to work it out. They have taken coaching quite seriously and I think they will show further improvement as long as the coach continues to observe and review their work. Without this follow up things may go backwards in time. Answer: I appreciate the feedback provided regarding Carla's performance. It's encouraging to note the moderate improvement in work output and Carla's proactive approach in recognizing and addressing mistakes. Your acknowledgment of her dedication to the coaching process is noted, and I fully agree that continued observation and review will contribute to further improvement. I will ensure that our follow-up remains consistent to prevent any regression in progress. SITXHRM001 Coach others in job skills 2

This document is Workplace Feedback It is part of the supporting assessment resources for Assessment Task 2 (option 1) of SITXHRM001 Workplace Feedback 4: It is recommended that further coaching or training is implemented for this employee. While they were showing signs of improvement after the coaching session, it appears their work has slipped considerably in quality. It’s not clear if this is because they have forgotten what to do, have limited care for their work output, or just cannot apply the skills required of the work. Several errors have been identified and the employee does not know how to rectify them. Their efforts at fixing problems have not been successful. The coach has addressed issues with this employee a couple of times, but they have also been on leave recently and not been aware of the sudden drop in performance. Answer: I appreciate the detailed feedback on Elena's performance. While the initial signs of improvement were noted, it's concerning to learn about the considerable drop in the quality of her work. Your recommendation for further coaching or training is well-received, and we will assess the root causes of the decline. The identified errors will be thoroughly addressed, and additional support mechanisms will be implemented to ensure effective problem-solving. I acknowledge the coach's prior efforts and will coordinate closely, despite recent leave, to address the sudden decline in performance promptly. SITXHRM001 Coach others in job skills 4
