10/25/23 #7 What am I most thankful for? The foundation of my existence is my family, and I am incredibly appreciative of their everlasting support. In particular, my sister has a special place in my heart. She is both my sister and my closest ally. We have innumerable memories together, from childhood vacations to helping one another through the highs and lows of life. I enjoy having her around and find comfort in our relationship. I love how strong an independent woman she is, she is one of the reasons why I am doing well in school. I will be forever thankful and proud that she is my eldest sister who gives me the love I deserve. I'm immensely appreciative of the support and affection that my family, especially my sister, gives me. 10/27/23 #12 My ways to look to the adults in my life for guidance and the ways they can learn from me. When I am seeking guidance from adults, I tap into their wisdom by seeking advice and observing how they navigate life's challenges, learning from their actions. Additionally, asking for their perspective broadens my understanding by offering different viewpoints. Their experiences become a valuable source of insights, encompassing both successes and failures, which I can learn from. Seeking emotional support, guidance, and encouragement from adults in difficult times is crucial. On the flip side, adults can gain from me through fresh ideas, unique perspectives, knowledge of new technologies, understanding the challenges of the younger generation, and appreciating their creativity and innovation. This reciprocal exchange of knowledge and support enhances personal growth and fosters a well-rounded approach to problem-solving. 11/01/23 # 10 What does the future hold for me? I want to become a pediatrician when I grow up! I love to help people feel better, especially children. I picture myself looking like the compassionate doctors I see, with a stethoscope around my neck and a white coat on. I can see myself attending medical school and learning everything there is to know about caring for sick children and helping their parents learn the things they need to know to prevent their children from getting sick. I'll have a fantastical clinic with superhero images and rainbow-painted walls. With activities and toys to play with while they wait to see me, my clinic will make children feel like they're in a wonderland. With my superhuman compassion, I'll help sick kids feel better and cheer them up with my friendly jokes. I can make children feel happy and brave, just like the superheroes in the movies, by being a pediatrician. I picture myself in a room full of smiles and giggle every day.
