Introduction:
The genomic studies are the examination of the entire genes of an organism. Genome sequencing is a high throughput method that plays an important role in figuring out the complex genes. Traditionally genome sequencing methods are classified into two types, namely shotgun sequencing and whole genome sequencing. Advancement in the sequencing techniques has led to the development of next-generation sequencing of millions of DNA in a short time.
