The weight and shoe size data.
When the relationship between two data sets is to be analyzed scatter plot is used.
Provided two data sets weight and shoe size. Now these two data sets are not related as weight of a person has nothing to do with the shoe size. A healthy person may have a small shoe size or a big shoe size similarly a lean person can have either a small shoe size or shoe size.
For example: let x denote the weight of person and y denote shoe size.
The scatter plot of the data is provided below,
It is observed that there is no relationship between x and y.
Thus, the scatter plot between the weight and shoe size will show no relationship.
