Company TA is a non-profit organization, which is developed by Person WK in 1989. She wanted to provide an excellent education for the youth who are growing up in poverty. She recruited college graduates and professionals to teach for the economically disadvantaged community. She received more than 2,500 applicants in the first year and in 2014, she received 50,000 applicants for 5,000 jobs.
She wanted to eliminate educational inequality in the society and it has become the high-prestige professional opportunity.
