Improvement made in the operations and in decision making:

The below are the improvements that are made with the operations and decision making of the system:

• The time that is spend to track the inventories on the raw materials was been reduced to about 80 percentage with the new system.
• Supply chain is understood better such that it aids in the support of the making a better management decision making thus improving the efficiency and reducing the impact that is caused with the environment.
• The ability of handling whole set of new data were easy than it was made before and which could create a large number of the investment return as they were on implementation.
• Since the data available is cleaner and quicker, the team is capable of obtaining better decision which would greatly create an impact with the organization.
