Introduction:

Apart from sterilization by physical methods, the chemical methods are also used in eradication of microbes. The chemical methods of sterilization will disrupt the microbe’s cell wall, alter its DNA, and denature protein. The chemical methods relay more on temperature, exposure of microbes to chemicals, pH, and originality of the chemical.
