Introduction:
Organizational changes are changes required to be made in people, structure, or technology to deal with a business situation. According to the Lewin's and Kotter's Model of change: This model described the steps to be taken for an organizational change. The steps are as follows:
Unfreezing (Creating the motivation for change)
Changing (Implementing new systems and procedures)
Refreezing (Support and maintenance for the change)
Force-field analysis is developed in social psychology. It provides a framework for looking at the factors that influence a social situation. This analysis considers the factors that influence a change situation. The analysis helps in increasing the driving forces of change and decreasing the blocking forces of change.
