Workplace stress is an unavoidable consequence of the workplace. A limited amount of stress is good for the workplace which increases the concentration and dedication of the employee at the workplace but a high amount of stress may result in bad consequences like anger, frustration, fear, sleeplessness, and suicide as well. Workplace stress can be managed by the organizations but most of the organizations fail to do so.
