Explanation of Solution
The orange region of graph given at the beginning of the lesson shows that the heart of a person in a cardiovascular exercise is below the recommended heart rate as per the age of the person. The light green region shows recommended heart rate, and the light blue region shows the heart rate is above recommendation.
The solution set of a system of inequalities is given by a region which common which is a common region formed by the intersection of the shaded regions for all the inequalities. So, if the inequalities are shaded with different color, it will be easy to check the common region of the intersection of all the inequalities.
