Summary Introduction
DNA is a genetic material in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes. Generally, DNA is found in the double helical structure in the genome. Synthesis of DNA is known as replication and it is an important phenomenon in the central dogma of biology. In replication, two identical copies of DNA molecules are produced from the single DNA molecule.
