The x- and y-components of a vector $\stackrel{\to }{P}$ shown in Fig. P4.12 are given as $P_x=-1$ in, and $P_y=-2$ in. Find the magnitude and direction, and write the vector $\stackrel{\to }{P}$ in its rectangular and polar forms.
