The x- and y-components of a vector $\stackrel{\to }{P}$ shown in Fig. P4.9 are given as $P_x=2$ cm and $P_y=3$ cm. Find the magnitude and direction, and write the vector $\stackrel{\to }{P}$ in its rectangular and polar forms.
