Express forces $\stackrel{\to }{F}$, $\stackrel{\to }{F_1}$, and $\stackrel{\to }{F_2}$, in terms of unit vectors $\hat{i}$ and $\hat{j}$ and determine the values of $F_1$ and $F_2$ such that $\stackrel{\to }{F_1}+\stackrel{\to }{F_2}+\stackrel{\to }{F}=0$.
