The research was done to study the interactions between two phytohormones that is auxin and brassinosteroids, which regulate the growth of Arabidopsis plant. Venn diagrams are used to show the effects of both the hormones in stimulating and inhibiting gene expression. The numbers mentioned in the Venn diagram represent the number of seedlings. The terms up and down represent the stimulating effect and inhibiting effect, respectively.
