Hydrogen bonds are weak bonds formed between a hydrogen atom having a partial positive charge andan electronegative element like nitrogen, oxygen, or fluorine.
The hydrogen bonding formed within the molecule itself is called intramolecular hydrogen bonding and the hydrogen bonding formed in between two moleculesis termed as intermolecular hydrogen bonding.
