Introduction:
Nucleoplasm has a network of chromatin fibers. A three-dimensional protein network found in nucleoplasm is the nuclear matrix. It is filamentous in nature. The largest nuclear body is the nucleolus. The barrier that prevents the free passage of molecules between the nucleus and cytoplasm is the nuclear envelope.
