Concept introduction:
Herpes virus causes skin lesions that can spread slowly. It leads to cause pain, itchy skin lesions on the lips called fever blisters or cold sores. It can also cause genitalia (genital herpes). Flu-like signs and symptoms that are fever, muscle pain and malaise that obtained initially. If the lesions extended into the oral cavity, it cause herpetic gingivostomatitis that leads to severe infections in young children and patients with weak immune system.
