Introduction:

Eschar disease is characterized by black colored dead tissues that fall off or shed from the healthy surface of the skin. The causative agent of eschar is Bacillus anthracis. The endospore of bacterium enters through the wounded skin which results in the development of cutaneous anthrax inside the human body.
