Introduction:

Skin is marvelous, flexible, and tough membrane and is also known as “cutaneous membrane”. It covers about 2 square meters in adults, making it the largest organ of the body. The thickness of the skin in humans varies from $\text{0}\text{.05}\text{mm}$ present on the lips to $\text{4}\text{.0}\text{mm}$ on the sole of feet. It is composed of two layers, dermis and epidermis.
