Introduction:

Retinoblastoma is one of the rarest cancers, in which there occurs a tumor in the retina of the eye. This tumorarises as a consequence of the loss of the Rb gene. Rb gene codes for tumor suppressor genes. There are two different types of retinoblastoma, namely, hereditary retinoblastoma and nonhereditary retinoblastoma.
