One of the major advantages of the team is productivity and collaboration of members. The interactions with the different kind of people allow the members to explore new ideas and limits. Working with a team of 20 people is different than working with a team of 2 people. If an individual interacts with more people, he will get more ideas, the motivation for his work. Interactions with more and different people also improve the collaborations and corporations amongst the members.
