Substituting the values,

  $x+3x+4=180$

So,

  $4x+4=180$

Shifting the values,

  $4x=176$

On solving,

  $x=44$

Hence,

  $\angle 4=44$

And

  $\angle 3=4+3(44)$

So,

  $\angle 3=136$

Hence, $\angle 3=136$ and $\angle 4=44$
