Resonance stabilization:
The stabilization that occurs in the molecule by the delocalization of electrons is said to be resonance stabilization.
Resonance:
The delocalization of pi-electrons in the molecules is said to be resonance. In resonance, one or more electrons contribute to one are more bonds in the molecule and it is not local for any bonds. The example for resonance can be given by benzene. The double bonds are in conjugation in benzene and are delocalized in the ring.
