The division of autonomic nervous system which increases digestive activity, causes ejaculation, stimulates adrenal medulla to release its hormone, decreases heart rate, dilates bronchioles, and increases blood pressure.
Introduction:
The ANS (autonomic nervous system) is comprised of two units that are the PNS (parasympathetic nervous system) and SNS (sympathetic nervous system). ANS is involuntary control of the body tissues. The SNS prepares for activity, whereas, the PNS facilitates conservation of energy.
