The amount of blood released by the left ventricle when the second heart sound is produced.
 Introduction:
The heart produces sounds that are associated with the closing of the valves present in it. AV (atrio-ventricular) valves and semilunar valves are found in the heart which are responsible for preventing the back flow of the blood. The second heart sound is produced when aortic and pulmonary valves close and the pressure on the semilunar valve is 80mmHg.
