To decide the pair of two rectangle shaped figures are similar or not , need to find out the ratio of the length and height as:

  $\begin{array}{l}{l}_1=18km\\ l_2=26km\\ h_1=10km\\ h_2=15km\end{array}$

Now, the ratio of length of two figures:

  $\begin{array}{l}{l}_r=\frac{l_2}{l_1}=\frac{26}{18}=\frac{13}{9}\\ h_r=\frac{h_2}{h_1}=\frac{15}{10}=\frac{3}{2}\end{array}$

Hence, the ratios of the corresponding figures are not equal so, the pairs of solids are not similar.
