Given information: Frequency tables showing the number of entrees in certain price ranges at two restaurants is given.

Interpretation:

Distribution of restaurant $A$ is neither skewed right nor left, the data is symmetric. Best measure of center is mean and best measure of variation turn out to be standard deviation. Most probably, the mean lies between $14-16$ interval.

For restaurant $B$ , most of the data lies on right side, this means that the distribution is skewed left. Therefore, median should be used as the appropriate measure of center and five-number summary should be used as appropriate measure of variation. Most probably, the median lies between $20-22$ interval.
